1. Event Materials – Final Sale

Due to the time-sensitive and custom nature of event-related products (e.g., wristbands, tickets, pouches, signage, attendee kits), all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • BTI is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or mismanagement of materials by the Client or carrier once items leave our facility.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for event items not received in time if orders are placed without adequate lead time.

  • Replacement shipments may be offered at BTI’s discretion, but costs (including rush fees and shipping) will be the responsibility of the Client.

2. Merchandise Returns (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within [X] days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting BTI at [insert email] with proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to BTI’s error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Event-related materials (wristbands, tickets, pouches, signage, kits, etc.)

  • Customized or personalized merchandise

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Digital downloads or electronic content

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • You must notify BTI within [X] days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • If approved, BTI may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its sole discretion.

  • BTI is not responsible for damage caused during transit. Claims for shipping-related damage should be made directly with the carrier.

5. Non-Delivery & Refused Shipments

  • If an order is returned to BTI due to an incorrect shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs/import fees, the Client is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refunds for non-delivery are not guaranteed and may be reduced by original shipping fees, handling charges, and restocking fees (if applicable).

6. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued within [X] business days after return inspection.

  • Timing of funds appearing in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.
