Pouches that leave the venue locked, or come back damaged, carry a replacement fee per pouch. It is on the quote, and it is waived where a safety emergency meant phones could not be depouched.

Semi-Frosted
One side frosted, screen visible
Cameras covered, screen visible. Calls, texts and Apple Pay work through the panel without unlocking. Face ID does not.
Rent it for: concerts, festivals, nightclubs, comedy shows, weddings, campus events, anything over a few hundred adults.
Fully Sealed
Opaque on both sides
No panel, no access, no exceptions except at a staffed unlocker station.
Rent it for: album listening parties, closed sets, test screenings, product reveals, anything under NDA.

How locked-down does your event need to be?
Start with the goal. If you want a better room, lock the cameras and leave the phone usable. If something cannot leak, lock everything that records.
Level 1
Presence
A room that is actually watching the show.
Lock away: phone cameras
Pouch: Semi-Frosted. Calls, texts and Apple Pay still work.
Good for: concerts, comedy, weddings, dinners, campus events.
Level 2
Privacy
Nothing said or shown in the room ends up online.
Lock away: phones and camera glasses
Pouch: Semi-Frosted or Fully Sealed, depending on the room.
Good for: corporate offsites, VIP areas, brand previews, private parties.
Level 3
Full embargo
Zero access until the doors open.

Pouch: Fully Sealed, opened only at an unlocker station.

Buying outright
Venues running a recurring phone-free night usually buy after their second or third rental, because at that point ownership is cheaper than paying per event forever.
A custom phone pouch with your logo on it is the most-held object in the room. Custom branded phone pouches carry your logo, a sponsor's logo, or both, silk-screened onto the panel that every guest holds all night. Custom colours are available for enterprise accounts and recurring venue contracts. Print production adds six weeks, so plan the order around your season rather than a single date.
Booking timeline
Standard rental
Two to four weeks before your event date. Inside that window, ask about a rush before you assume it is too late.
Large and custom orders
Six weeks for events over 1,000 attendees and for any custom branded pouch, because the sponsor panel is printed.
Staffing
Booked with the pouches. Plan on a minimum of two designated pouch staff per 100 attendees.
